  DONT USE THEM!!! - STAY AWAY !!!!!! Damaged my stuff and wouldn't claim through their insurance! weren't on time, disgusting service! ripped me off! DO NOT USE THEM!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE LIARS HAPPY TO GO TO NSW TRIBUNAL FOR YOUR DISGUSTING LIES AND FALSE RESPONSE ARE LIES !!

  Hi Riley, I personally dealt with you after this matter. I did check the tracker, the team arrived exactly Ontime on the day of the move. The reason we did not persue any form of claim, was because the 2 items you said were damaged could not be claimed. You also did not report them for a number of weeks which was out of claim period! We did however try to assist you with a handyman to try to figure out the issue you were having, however you refused to work with us! I have tried multiple calls and emails to assist you and eventually gave up! If you would like to discuss this further, I am still only a phone call away! It is disappointing that we receive such negative feedback. Particularly after changing your move schedule at the last minute and our repeated attempts to assist you with your electrical fault. Upon investigating this matter, we have noticed you still have an outstanding balance as well! We hope things have settled down for you now. Feel free to reach out if you need anything further!   Would recommend Ontime Removals to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble. I had an absolutely huge move out of 3 stories. The boys worked non stop and were so friendly, helpful and careful. We then faced some lift obstacles at the other end. The boys were patient, so incredibly hard working and kept me informed the entire time. From making the booking in the beginning, to the end of a huge move there was absolute honesty, integrity and communication regarding the cost (which was well worth the money) and everyone was so incredibly professional and also kept me informed along the way regarding all parts of the move. I’ve moved many times, and Ontime Removals were by far the best!! There is no one else I would rely on but these guys!!!

  My second time using Ontime… I didn’t hesitate to book this time and nor would I again. Took care of my furniture and belongings, moved everything efficiently, putting everything where I asked and remembered all the details I gave them at the start of the day. Friendly and polite to boot. Thanks Ontime!

  Ontime Movers were fantastic - the price was very competitive, the truck was the right size, Aaron and his team were friendly and helpful, and the move itself was flawless - professional, efficient, and with no damage or breakages. We highly recommend Ontime Movers and will use them again in future.
