During the life of your website, we will fix any bugs or make minor modifications free of charge. We also guarantee that we will not charge any hidden extras and that the price you are quoted will not be altered unless you request major changes throughout the development process.

Q: Will my website be number one on Google? A: We have developed our Content Management System to be highly optimised for Google and other search engines, with rich snippets (Schema), search engine friendly urls, fast "above the fold" loading, etc. We have also integrated an SEO and Social Media Management Component in the admin section to help with basic SEO. Anyone that promises you to be listed at the top of Google results is not telling you the whole truth. You can effectively conduct your own SEO and we provide as much information and tools as we can to help you with that.

We are 100% local. We do not outsource any of our work to overseas web designers or developers and charge the earth for it. Our prices are realistic and affordable. All our existing clients would tell you that we go out of our way to ensure that the job is done right.

Our pricing is very competitive, as our overheads are low due to our being a family business that operates from a home-based office. We can confidently guarantee that you will be hard pressed to find the quality of service we provide, at the price we provide it for, even though we don't outsource our work overseas. We are not in the business to become millionaires, but to provide for our family and serve our clients to the best of our abilities. We fully believe in our motto "Newfangled Technology with Old fashioned Service".

How do you normally charge for your service?

We provide an upfront quote for the full price. This will not change unless you request major changes during the development process. We do not charge extra if we take longer than anticipated. Payment is the industry standard of 50% initial payment, with the remaining 50% upon completion.
