  My experience with optimove was excellent. Damien and Haini were absolute professionals. Damien was helpful with any questions I asked. I was a bit worry about how long the whole process would take but I can assure you Damien and Haini were very fast, efficient and I was very surprised at the short time they took. I would recommend the boys from optimove anytime. They were the best!!!!

  My contact at Optimove was professional and helpful. My problem with this company is that the removalists do not know what they are doing as far as stepping back and doing what they are supposed to. I was told they would look at the job and do two trips if needed and finish my move of a small 4 bedroom house in one day no problems. What happened was that they stood back and said yes we need two trips but instead of packing 60% or so in the truck quickly and moving that load then coming back, these guys packed 85-90% of my stuff in the truck and took from 7:15am to after 4:00pm to do it. They loaded so much into the first load that they could not get the truck up the driveway of my other property. Then they stood back and told me they will get another truck in the morning. The company knew I needed to get out of the place on the day and I had no choice but to get my stuff out on that day. So they brought some more people who said I hadn't packed well enough but they still had big stuff to move so I asked them to get on with it. they didn't finish til about 7pm. I was told all my plants would be moved and they were not. The people are all friendly enough but not efficient. The eventual cost was extremely expensive at over $2800. I would not recommend this company.

  Absolute joke of a company. They damaged walls, forgot items that were meant to be delivered. The packers only packed half to 3/4 full in the boxes so they they could charge us more by using more boxes. When we got to the new place The removalists just unpacked all the boxes and some large furniture in our garage so we had to spend the next day moving the all the boxes to the appropriate rooms. When I queried all these issues and investigation was done and they said none of this was true.avoid optimove at all costs unless you want to pay full price for half a move.

  Had the most amazing experience. The boys were so professional and courteous. Super quick, efficient, and even asked if we needed a hand with anything when the truck was unloaded. This company goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service, from the call staff to the removalists. 5 stars all the way.

  The service provided by both Hamish and Matthew were exceptional. Both were professional from the first meeting till the end. Very accommodating even when the placement and location of the furnitures were difficult. Happy to recommend Optimove.
