Already i am feeling better within myself both mentally and physically, and Rebekah with her team are helping me towards achieving my long term goal.   When i first started with Origin Fitness Penrith 41 and unfit they were friendly and very understanding in what i wanted and how to get me into the fitness level i wanted and need to be in , not just quick fixes its a true personal training service ,setting me up to take on the challenges ahead with all the support , due to my lack of fitness and i had some injury before i started the Girls have been great working with me around the problems and moving forward every week with great improvements , I can say its a very personal friendly set up ,with a great range of equipment and they are pushing me harder every week with great results and always there with good advice when needed i been training now a few weeks and feel great , losing weight , gaining strength and knowledge , i would highly recommend Origin fitness Penrith for anyone needing any type of training for a true professional service Cheers Matt

  Our business has all insurances up to date. Our trainers are all registered with Fitness Australia and we have First Aid and fitness qualifications which are current.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I loved exercising and I also loved helping people as a counsellor. When I was pregnant I had the dream of combining these two passions into a business. Once my son was born, I was able to make this a reality.
