  Very quick to reply to quote. Very pleasant to deal with but not so sure about workmanship? Seemed to struggle with job and took longer than expected due to hiccup on apprentice behalf. Waiting for them to return to fix some leaks! Not sure if I would use again based on workmanship (Had new toilet and vanity installed into existing spots)

  Pam and Kym are truly lovely patient customers. The leak was a faulty fitting not poor workmanship. The struggle was when my first year apprentice made a mistake which added lots of time to the job. Unfortunately, always hard when you have an old building and trying to match new cheap fittings imported from China.   All of my work is guaranteed. I hold public liability Insurance. The materials I provide typically hold a1 year manufacturers warranty. With pumps 2 years is the maximum warranty period.

  I enjoy fixing things and take pride in providing a quality timely service. The work I perform can some times be complex as such I enjoy solving problems, and gaining understanding of how things work.
