I wanted to believe they'd done a good job as they seemed honest and had tried hard for long hours, but I was already having doubts once I noticed there were still bugs in the light fittings and I'd had to request they vacuum additional remaining cat fur from areas I'd noticed on the carpets. On the formal inspection, the real estate agent found several other issues so unfortunately they had to come back and correct the job.27 Nov 2017
I am so sorry that you were not pleased with out team's work. I would like to point out that it is quite normal for the real estate to ask for a call back service regardless of how clean the property is as different people view cleaning level differently. Getting a call back does not always mean we have done a bad job. This is why bond cleaning companies offer call back service at a free of charge and our main aim is for you to get your bond back. Anyway thank you for the opportunity for us to assist in cleaning the property and sorry again for the unsatisfactory result.Romina M
