Very happy with the service provided by Ozis. I would definitely use again. Whilst there was a hiccup on the morning of the clean when the cleaner who was supposed to show at 8am said he couldn’t make it until 3pm, Kevin from Ozis managed to quickly arrange an alternative cleaner who was at the property by 10am. Sam, who did the bond clean was great. Such a lovely guy who did a great job on his own and completed everything in 5 or 6 hours. The letting agent needed a few very minor things cleaned after she inspected the property and Sam came back a couple of days later and got it done. Thanks to Sam’s help our bond was released in full. It also worth nothing that Ozis was significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes we had received (the agent’s bond cleaner wanted $800 which didn’t include steam cleaning 3 rugs which Ozis did as part of the job). Definitely give them a go.Jhon

The standard was so poor. Dirt everywhere. I had to do more than 3 hours extra cleaning and still not sure it will pass the bond clean. Paid extra for carpet cleaning.. ended up using supermarkets carpet cleaner to remove marked that the supposed commercial cleaner couldn’t. Marks all over the walls.. honestly the worst experience and very unprofessional.Valeriya

Team was able to my order within few days notice, there was clear and timely communication. The only thing that I have mentioned to the manager to make sure that cleaners will have ladder for access and this info had not been communicated. The company screwed the date up and left me sitting at the premises like a goose all day waiting. However, the 2 young people they sent saved the day. They went above and beyond, Vinyard and Sinovi (forgive me if the spellings wrong) were outstanding and extremely diligent. If you can get this team on your job, do so! Highly recommended.
