We have payment options of EFT Electronic Funds Transfer. An initial Fortnightly prepayment is required when you sign up to our One on One training or Group Training

Personal Training Certification and Diploma in Strength and Conditioning. Have worked as a Personal Trainer at Genesis Maidstone for 2 years and also with PT Direct for one year. Have also teamed up with a few great Personal Trainers as well.
