  Massive shout out to Shannon for playing a big part in my fitness and health journey. I started training with Shannon over a year ago, and i was at a fitness/strength/confidence level of zero *sighs*. Shannon strikes a good balance between pushing me, making me feel like i can always achieve more than i think, and enough fun to keep me showing up. There are days where a brutal work out is the last thing i feel like doing, Shannon is experienced and flexible to tailor my exercise to accomodate my bad days, while still making the session helpful. Anyone thinking of getting a PT, Shannon will help you achieve your goals.. and most importantly, he is a dog person.. and dogs know the best people.

  Shannon is amazing! He trains with me and my dog Charlie regularly and we are so much better bonded and his behaviour has improved dramatically! We also train with a client I care for that has an intellectual disability and Shannon is so good with him and very patient whilst adapting to his needs. My client looks forward to his sessions with Shannon and gets such great encouragement from him! It’s made training fun for him whilst learning to take direction. Would highly recommended to anyone!!
