Yes we are fully insured, we also have workers comp for all of our employees, pay their super annuation and are a fully registered business. We provide our selves on being a good and above standard operator

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started in a family operated business when I was young workingfor my father, once I went out and gained some more experience in other fields and travelled, I decided I liked to be able to help people, I gained the experience to drive interstate and decided to start my own business

There are to many, however, there isn't much we haven't seen or heard before, so our favourite part is the fact the people call us time and time again to use our services.

I love to be able to help people and set them up in there new home, Moving is such a stressful time for people and we have the ability to alleviate that and move them with confidence in knowing we will make it go as smooth and seamlesss it possibly can

Are you insured? Always ask if the truck is large enough to accommodate your move, we often find we are called toa job on the day of as people have gone for the cheapest quote and discover it is not big enough and have to pay for the truck to do more than one load.

We prefer to speak over the phone so that we can help with any questions regarding your move, we have done this time and time again, so can offer honest and good advice in the best way to get ready for your move.

We are an honest and hard working family, We will go the extra mile to make sure you are out of your current home and set up in your new one before we complete the job, We do not use much advertising therefore rely on word of mouth to gain more business. We are a locally owned company, this means you know we are out on the job and taking care of your equipment. We provide 2 different size trucks at different rates, so you only pay for what you need.

-We need to know if there are any difficult/ heavy items to lift  -What type of access e.g Off street parking, High rise building, Two story house - Rough inventory to be able to estimate time

1. If working on an hourly rate, the more ready you are the faster the move will go, saving you time and money. 2. Anything that can go in a box should go in a box, it reduces any risks and makes a house move ready 3. BE on time to meet the removalists as it is charged by an hourly rate.

We try to treat all our customers equally, therefore we charge the minimum rate that we can so this means we are unable to offer special discounts but we do have a flat rate and do not charge more for weekends.

We offer competitive pricing while being a registered company, We are fully insured, and pay all our employees above the australian standards including leave, super annuation etc

For local moves it is an hourly charge, Interstate we provide a Fixed quote and honour these quotes for the agreed goods to be moved
