  Timeliness & communications was extremely good, however the outcome wasn't. What started as the pilot light extinguishing every couple of days, with control of water temperature whilst running, its now changed to pilot light stays on, but absolutely no control of temperature. It's either cold or boiling and that means boiling. Additionally, the lighter no longer works. I saw the plumber have the lighter dismantled and later when he was relighting, he was using a gas flame lighter. When I asked 'why', the response was 'it's easier'. To 'value,' the service was inexpensive, but I've achieved nothing and in fact I'm worse off.

  was looking for someone to replace our hot water and had quite a few quotes, Jarrod was able to provide the best price plus his communication was amazing, always instantly responds to any answers or questions, only thing that caught me of guard was the removal of the of the old hot water, didnt realize it was a optional charge thought it was stanardard however it was clearly shown on the reciept as a option service, apart from that got it working in no time, a lot quicker then expected and didnt even need to come into the house
