Sunday evening... My 19yr old instant hot water service had broken and was very quick to respond to my call. They were the only company to call back. Paul sent me a text and arrived exactly at the time arranged the next morning. I was given all the options of repair or replace and was very pleased with my decision to replace/ upgrade. I was given a fixed price that was more than reasonable and much less than what I expected. Within a few short hours, they returned with the new unit and installed it. It was stressed free. Paul and David did a wonderful job.. they were very respectful and thoroughly professional., I felt very comfortable with these tradesmen in my home and have no hesitation recommending them to others. I will certainly be using them again for any plumbing work that needs doing. Thank you again. Andrea
