• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I make sure that before I exit the customers door, they are satisfied and happy with my work. I always do my best to fix any issues and I'm happy to give discounts to returning and loyal customers. Also my prices are very affordable and I try to be fair when handing out an invoice, if my time went over by 5 minutes I'm not going to make the customer pay for a whole half hour block.

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  It is quite easy to save money when it comes to computer repairs. 1. Try and quickly diagnose the problem, make sure of what is causing it, so when I get to your house you can tell me what the problem is and what is causing it 2. Take note, on a paper, of what exactly the error is, what does it say and usually it might even give you an error number, make note of the number and everything. If it's too long to write, take a picture or print screen. 3. When you call me, explain exactly the error code, and what is causing it, so when I come to your house to fix it I'll already have an idea and possible I would have already thought of a solution, which will make it quicker to resolve the issue hence saving you money on my hourly rate.
