Our customer had an acre of lawn to mow that was covered in funnel ant mounds, we were there to do a termite inspection, seen the problem and suggested a solution. Our customer burst into tears as this was a major problem for her that she though could not be solved. one treatment problem solved.

The best part of our job is giving our customers Peace of Mind by taking the fear out of the pest problem weather that be a financial of health related fear.

Talk with them about your problem listen to what they are saying and ask if there are other ways of solving the problem. A professional should be able to here your concerns and offer alternate solutions based on your concerns if they can not they have very little experience of are not interested.

Do I have to remove items from my kitchen cupboards when a Cockroach control is carried out? The answer is No as we use a bait gel in cracks and crevices that will control this area. Should you remove the items we will always spray out the empty cupboards.

Having been servicing the Gold Coast for over 16 years we have long standing customers who call us if we are any more that 15 mins late to a job as we are normally always on time and call our clients to let them know if we are running late (if possible).

Peace of Mind Termite & Pest Management has evolved from Tedmans Termite Management that has been on the Gold Coast for over 40 years. I have been in the pest management industry for over 16 years. My field workers are all insured and hold NSW and QLD timber pest and pest control licences.
