  James and his team did a good job of painting the internals of our renovation - upstairs extension - and the existing property downstairs. He was charming with good communication skills. Unfortunately, he did not complete the job which included the final touch ups and some additional work outside. I made the mistake of giving him the final payment prior to the job being completed.He advised he was unable to compete the job for personal reasons. I have endeavoured to reach him to request a refund on the amount I needed to pay another painter to complete the job, but I have not heard from him. So while I acknowledge his work is of a good standard, for anyone who chooses to contract James to do a job, I strongly recommend to not complete payment until the job is done.

  This person came and did one day's work but then never returned - he left us with an unfinished job when he knew we needed the job done urgently by a specific date.He was a very bad communicator.

RE: Upon starting the job i had advised you that the job would take approximately three days for completion - I remained at the property for two days before advising you, i would need to return the next week. Upon this agreement, i had also advised you that a progress payment that was due would need to be paid prior to my return, I kept in contact with both yourself and your husband with regards to this. I believe that Both myself and my teams members were proficient in keeping in contact with you & reassuring you that we were happy to complete the job. Perfect form painting strives to ensure that each Job is completed to the best of our ability, ensuring each clients vision is obtained.
