How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I first started in photography when I undertook a trip around Australia back in 2010. I was taking landscape photos and then fell in love with photography. I undertook a Diploma course in photography and now have a special interest in portraits and family photography.

I photographed a family recently and their four year old daughter had the cheeky smile that caught my eye. As we moved from one location to another she wanted to help carry some equipment. I explained that it was to heavy for me and I needed her help. A lovely little girl.

Working with people especially families and ensuring that they have great memories of their children as they grow up and at special events and time in their lives.

What experience I have and what qualifications and training I have undertaken. They could ask if their is an area of specialty that I work in.

How will I receive my photos? I explain that I will process the photos and download them onto a USB stick and post the USB stick to them. If they live locally I will drop the USB stick off at their house.

Once at job is confirmed with the customer I will send the customer a text message two day prior to the scheduled date to confirm my attendance and that the time and date are still OK with the customer.

I charge a price to cover all cost associated with the job and keep my overheads down and pass the saving onto my customers

I charge on an hourly rate plus the cot of materials ie USB stick, parking, postage. I can also provides high quality digital prints at additional cost.

My area of specialist is family portrait and events photography. I have seven grandchildren and enjoy photographing family and children ie new born, children, families, couples and corporate events and birthdays.

I have 5 years experience as a photographer and hold a Diploma of Photography. My experience as a photographer covers taking photos of kids, events and christening.
