Performance Hypnosis

With over 9 years of university studies, Mitch has a broad education to draw upon. Based on client needs, he integrates clinical hypnotherapy, ego state therapy, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, career/life counselling, brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation to enable change. During his ten years overseas he also completed studies in California and New York (Columbia University) in history, philosophy, HR, cultural anthropology and world religions with the over-riding goal of deepening his understanding of human wellbeing and performance. Most recently he received a high distinction for a semester unit in Future Studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast where he focused on personal and organisational futuring.
