I do guarantee my work as long as paints issue, for example: I do exterior jobs and after 2 years wood start rotten so its not my fault! if the paint start peeling off that's due to lack of sufficient sanding then is my fault needs to be done for free of charges

1-If the house furnished, the day before starting job need to pack and give the painter extra rooms to move ladder and stuff..... 2- Sometimes provide their own  paints if they thinks can get cheaper one from another stores.

I do charge on the base of job sizes and hourly rate sometimes, my charges for interior projects as follows; 1-small bed rooms ceiling and walls, two coats from only $350 2-Big rooms ceilings and walls, two coats from only $450 3- Wet area toilet, bathroom, laundry two coats from only $100  I do charge exterior projects on the base of per sq/m looking forwards to hear any client in Victoria for cheap, free and reasonable quote thanks
