Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

We are fully insured with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We do not guarantee our work but we do provide a warranty. This ranges between 1 and 12 months depending on the type of service carried out and pest treated.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After working for another pest control company for a few years Dan convinced me to start our own business. Dan has a thirst for knowledge and is particularly interested in Entomology whilst I have a head for business.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Whilst Dan was at a customers house for a rodent treatment, he found a bag full of rare and old coins in the roof that the customer was not aware of. Needless to say, the customer was exceptionally happy!

What do you like most about your job?

Dan and I both love that we are able to schedule our work around our busy family life. Our kids are happier knowing that we can now attend the majority of their school events as well as having quality family time on weekends. Dan also loves playing detective and identifying and eradicating pests.

Seeing as the result of our work can't be seen until after you have paid it is hard to know if you have hired the right service professional. However, by doing some research like checking out reviews on their website, Google, Facebook page or any other social media sites, you will get a great indication of how they conduct themselves and their business.

Are you happy to work around my schedule? Our answer is always Yes. Whilst we have set hours we will work in we will always endeavour to meet the needs of our customers first. Sometimes this means working a Saturday!

Being a small business we rely on our customers. If we can prove we are reliable and trustworthy than we are more likely to get repeat customers and/or have those customers refer us to their friends and family.

We go above and beyond to provide a professional and affordable service. Our prices are competitive whilst our customer service is outstanding. We are here to help rid your house or business of any pesky pests you may have.

1) How many bedrooms does your house have? Including any media rooms or studies but not living areas 2) What pest are you particularly concerned with? 3) Do you have any pets?

By honestly answering any questions we may ask you, thoroughly explaining what pests you are concerned with and following any instructions we give you after our treatment.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are a small family owned and operated business that works from home and therefore can keep our overheads low. We know how hard it can be to make ends meet and our goal is too keep our prices affordable for every household.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We offer a direct transfer or cash on the day. Our bank details are provided on our invoice. If you are receiving an End of Lease service than cash on the day is the only payment we take.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Yes. Insect Identification. Dan has a 100% strike rate of identifying and effectively treating any pest he has encountered. Sometimes this may take a day or two but he won't rest until he has.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Dan holds a Pest Management Technician License. He has extensive experience in the pest control industry and is always looking for ways to expand on his knowledge.
