I have been a sports trainer massage therapist since 1994
My treatment is based on injury and rehabilitation with general treatment provided for soft tissue alignment.
I have been registered with AAMT number 11257/01which is the national body for Massage Therapy.
I am now an accredited level 1 dry needling practitioner which involves intramuscular treatment to suitably screened and clients when written consent has been provided.
Modalities include sports massage,deep tissue trigger point and soft tissue adjustments based on the Bowen method
