How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I received plenty of remedial treatment when playing AFL football and as i got older found myself helping younger players stay fit and healthy! So in 1986 i went to an introductory course then enrolled in 1994 in sports medicine to formally begin work

I had a 90 year old lady with congenital heart disease who had bern married for 65 years! The last time i came to treat her she had become bedridden but i said Elvera i will always remember you when i drive past your garden! She sat up in bed smiled and said a loud YES!

I love my job because i get an opportunity to work with a broad cross sectipn Of the community Also it had taken me to every regional centre of Qld working with sporting teams and in 2013 overseas

Will i need a follow up treatment? My reply is you now have ownership on how to manage your injury i have put framework In place for you to follow? If you feel sore or uncomfortable over next week then by all means phone me and reschedule

I have been practicing since 1995 and have worked with physiotherapist including Craig Twinn at Redlands afl club since 2006 Additionall i have been head trainer for Qld indoor cricket teams for past 10 years

A customer who feels comfortable with me as an experienced therapist and having worked for over 20 years with both genders can have confidence in My integrity! Additionally some clients may prefer a younger practitioner and i respect that because any customer must have trust in their therapist. I guarantee health and safety in My workplace!

History of ailment like when did it commence? Signs that have occurred and level of pain Symptoms like head nausea. Muscle spasms or any nerve tingling in distal points like fingers and toes

1) drink plenty of fluid including electrolytes 2) engage in warm up and light exercise before appointment 3) wear loose fitting clothing and remove jewellery  Also bring along medical reports and recomendations

Clients on seniors card i offer 10 Percent discount. Initial treatment fee for one flare clients would be limited to $70 hour or $35 half hour. Family discounts for two or more clients $60 per family member.

My pricing is competitive because i generally work over an hour but limit fee to the hourly rate. Additionally i make suggestions around rehab exercises and link clients to allied health professionals where required.

My service is capped at $80 with half hour treatments charged at $40 my fees are generally negotiated at time of screening low $60 and average $70 I accept cash or electronic transfer to my bank account.

Shoulder and lower back injuries are two areas i have focused on as well as Ankle rehabilitation. Previously i have worked with players returning from ACL reconstructions providing remedial treatments.

I am an accredited dry needling practitioner and have training in sports massage and structural alignment better described as soft tissue adjustment My practice provides 1:1 service and i treat only one person at anyone time
