* Our trailer is self-contained and we always clean up on leaving, so we require neither external electricity nor water and we take all rubbish away with us, leaving the site just as we found it.  * We are fully council certified and public liability insured. * You will be re-assured to know we haven't had a single complaint so far!

What do you like most about your job?

*We love meeting new people, travelling to new locations and serving healthy pizza! *We especially enjoy our customers smiles & sounds of appreciation, and the wonderful feedback we receive at each event. *Making food of any type requires a passion for what you do. Luckily, we're that kind of business. Our chef and our staff are passionate about pizza, gourmet flavours and getting it right!

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

* We use only the freshest ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. And our pizza dough and Napolitana sauce are made from an age old traditional Italian recipe (Really!!), on the day for each event. * We are able to cater for various dietary preferences. * You choose from our extensive menus.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

* The date, time and location of your special event (service usually runs 1.5 to 2 hrs). * The approximate number of guests expected (minimum charge is for 30 guests) * Around a 5m square area of firm, level ground for us to set up on, that is easily accessible for a car and large trailer.

*We work with you! *Buffet style or served by our friendly wait staff - our gourmet pizza catering can be molded to fit your formal or casual occasion, And your budget.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

* We ask for a 25% deposit to be paid to secure the date and that the balance is paid at least 48 hours before the event. :)   * Our pricing is based on the menu selected, type of service (buffet or wait staff) and location of your event.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

* We have already catered many Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings, Christmas parties, Corporate functions, House warmings, Christenings, School fetes, Sports events.., so you can be assured that we know how to professionally serve your guests at your special event.
