  did a terrible job, minimal or no contact when trying to get ahold of them. made excuses about being unable to clean things, despite them being cleaned by a different bond cleaners. honestly one of the worse companys i have had to, deal with. stay away, do not waste your money.

  I would not recommend Platinum Cleaning Solutions. The property I rented was well kept. Back in February, the real estate requested that they attend the property (twice) to clean a couple of items/sections. In the end the real estate charged the same amount out of my bond to rectify the outstanding items that needed to be cleaned as Platinum Cleaning Solutions demonstrated that they were unable successfully perform what their core business function is...bond clean. Good customer service to get the job, poor customer service when they are required to complete the job. When I called to discuss, there was no answer. When I messaged to say that I was unhappy and was going to leave a review they responded within minutes and pointed blame at me. I would recommend paying a few extra dollars and going with someone other than Platinum Cleaning Solutions.

  Hi Nicole, Thanks for the feedback. It was clearly mentioned to you on the cleaning days that some of the marks won’t go permanently, however we went back after exit report provide and those are the same issues which was clearly mentioned you, we even tried as per our policy in next visit but it was the same issue. You were there in the Cleaning day and came to check after job completion and you stated you are happy with the service. We haven’t received any email from you after rectification attended. Thank you

  I have booked some other company for bond cleaning of my rented property. They rang me last hour to cancel booking due to covid-19 and asked me to add more money due to corona situation. Luckily I found Platinum cleaning and they came and did bond cleaning in the short notice which saved me paying extra money to those dodgy company and did a fantastic job. The team are really professional. Thank you guys

  I received an excellent service from these guys with an affordable price. Obviously I can’t expect my old house to be new but they did their best and got by full bond back from the cleaning side. This whole time my property manager was very fussy but they dealt with him professionally and got things sorted.

  Very professional and satisfied with the service I got both for cleaning and pest control, I was pre informed about issues which needed more than just cleaning, a few things were missed but they came back,fixed up everything, I got most of my bond back. Thank you platinum cleaning solutions
