We are an insured and fully unrestricted licence holders, as the nature of our business is to demolish and take things away there is no need for a work guarantee. We do however guarantee that our will be carried out in a safe and controlled manner in line with legislation and codes of practice

commonly asked questions are do you need a demolition permit is there any asbestos how long will the work take. We answer most questions by referring to the codes of practice and basing our information on a detailed site inspection

we have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, with 15 years experience in structural, internal and detail demolition. We are fully licenced with a government approved safety system.

we would need to know the nature of the demolition, i.e. strip out,  structural, concrete removal, asbestos containing materials, how many levels, is there restricted access. We would normally prefer a site visit

there are ways to save money before any demolition work, you can remove as many small items by yourself, make sure there is no hazards in the way of the access and maybe even supply your own equipment

As a smaller company with fewer overheads and a strong work ethic, this allows us price our jobs confidant in the knowledge we will complete the work in the time we allow.

We invoice for all works carried out on completion works. In special circumstances we may ask for a deposit and progress payments.

We specialise in internal strip outs of live facilities where there is a need for coordination and communication and the knowledge of working with live services.

We have been involved and overseen major demolition projects throughout Queensland specialising in live facilities. We are trained demolition practise and theory and hold the relevant licence.
