  Recently, I contacted the company for relocation from Newcastle to Melbourne. Their quote was reasonable, communication with Taz was great. On the day of moving, the team worked effectively to take everything, secure the load and protect all items. Next day the track arrived on time, the team unloaded everything, no damage, I thank the workers and called Taz appreciates the quality of the services.

  Manager is easy to communicate - however the removers had the worst attitude ever. No mention of stair fees when booking - I can take that, and will pay for that, no questions asked. BUT, I double checked with the manager on the day of booking whether they can cover my mattress, the answer is ‘yes’. On the day of moving, the removers simply say they only have a blanket on the ground and no other cover for mattress, if I need one I have to buy myself. I checked with the manager, and the explanation is - they might running out of cling wraps - that’s not what the removers told me OR THEY CAN SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT I’M NOT THAT HARD TO COMMUNICATE. What the removers did instead? - they threaten to leave when I asked them the first time, saying if you’re not satisfied with the blanket, we’ll leave and you can call someone else. and even saying my attitude is bad (with asking for an already agreed terms?) EXCUSE ME? IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM BUT YOU ASKED ME TO FIND SOMEONE LAST MINUTE? Guys, this is not how you should run your business and treat your customer.
