Yes we have public liability.  We guarantee our labour on installations for 1 year.  We ensure you are happy with the work before we leave site.

Servicing Pools is not something I grew up dreaming to do. However, as fate would have it, I fell into this profession and very soon after I fell in love. I believe that every pool has it's own personality and I love working with each one. Mostly, I love that I am able to bring joy to people.

We are passionate about what we do. We are locally owned and operated and importantly we don't work by the clock. We make sure that we are not over booked so that we can ensure you get a premium service every time. Many of our customers are surprised to discover that I am one of very few female service technicians in the industry. Yes that means, I actually get my hands dirty - and I love it!

1. Don't mess with the equipment if you do not know what you are doing. It will probably cost you more in the long run.

There are 1000's of pool products available on the market. We have spent years figuring out which products are the best so you don't have to. We only stock what we believe is the best on the market. We aren't the cheapest, but we do believe our products are the best.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For smaller jobs we operate on a do and charge basis. Generally we provide an invoice to be paid on the day. For bigger jobs we provide a detailed quote.

We love turning green pools back to blue, replacing old worn out equipment and spending time with our customers to ensure they have all the information and knowledge to get the very best from their pool.
