Our business is insured as all reputable businesses are, all our workers are insured, insurance for your items is important and you should discuss this with your removalist about what is and what isn't covered.

My father was in the removal business, so Its a 2nd generation family business, over a 20 plus year period.

Some clients called in desperation as there booked and paid removalist failed to show, a number of factors were in play with them vacating there house. We new one of our exisiting clients had flexibility so we asked them to accommodate us. Were able to help them out saved them thousands in penalties

Our customers ask us constantly prior to booking in, the same couple of questions, "will you show up when you say you will?" and the answer is absolutely! They also ask "will my goods arrive safely" and our response and motto is that "we treat you furniture like it's our own"!

Full accurate list of items to be removed, the access for trucks at both ends, the flexibility you have with dates, specific requirements with certain items eg Pianos, pool tables, valuable artworks, if you require storage.

Make sure your list of items is accurate as we only charge for the space you require. 2. we provide all levels of service you need, full packs and prepares to just uplift and delivery, but to save money the more you do yourself is less you have to pay someone else to do! 3. We charge competitive hourly rates for local moves and we quote on our customer's accurate furniture inventories, access both ends and there special needs required for each job to be completed successfully for regional and interstate moves. We except cash, credit card and direct deposit
