Started at a young age helping my parents as they were in the industry and progressed from there , this type of work is rewarding and the fact you are somewhere different everyday meeting new people was an incentive to work in this industry!

The thing we like the most about our job is meeting people, providing a service that customers are happy with and the satisfaction of completing a job and getting great feedback from customers!

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

We would say the most common question that customers ask us is regarding carpet cleaning and it is can you guarantee to get out certain stains?  We are honest and we think it's important to let the customer know that depending on the stain, how long it's been there and type of carpet there is no guarantee that it will lift!  But we will try our best to get the best result possible, we believe a carpet cleaner that promises to get every stain out is misleading the customer because it is not allways possible!

We provide a quality professional service with a friendly attitude and allways try to provide the customer with the best possible cleaning job so that the customer will be 100% happy!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We ask the customer to give us information on how many rooms there are to be cleaned and the size, as for window cleaning and exit cleans these are quoted on the size of property and an hourly rate when providing exit cleaning!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Domestic cleaning is charged on an hourly rate and carpet cleaning and window cleaning is charged by per job status, as all jobs are different each job is charged differently depending on size etc;

We specialise in carpet and upholstery cleaning aswell as window cleaning including big jobs like schools etc;  we have been providing carpet and window cleaning to schools for over 5 years now!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have been in the cleaning industry for over 10 years, first starting when I was a teenager helping out my parents I quickly went into carpet and window cleaning working for a few companies before starting my own!
