  Jesse seemed very nice when we first met; easy to talk to and very clear about the processes and costs throughout the work stages. He managed to complete the cleaning and some repairs, but then dissapeared for a while. After many attempts to contact him, over the course of at least 2 weeks , he finally admits that unfortunately he had hurt his wrist in an accident. I told him that we were happy to wait for his injury to heal but to give me a timeframe to complete the job. This job started at the end of January. Then he had his accident sometime around the middle of February. Throughout March, April and May he was either uncontactible, or would respond with messages such as "this wednesday 100%" or something to that effect. This of course never happened. Tried to conctact him a few more times in June, to no avail, again now in July, to advise that I would get someone else to complete the job. No reply. I do hope hes ok, I just wish someone would help him and me resolve this. Surely someone would be looking after his affairs if hes incapacitated?

  This review is 12 months after my roof was restored by this company. I chose Powerhouse to do the job from five different quotes . They weren't the cheapest or most expensive but Jesse was very easy to talk to ....upgront and simply quoted me for the job whereas the others spent half the time putting down competitors and bragging about themselves. From start to finish Jesse was always easy to reach and his team were polite respectable and consulate professionals. They got the job done on a large roof (including gutter guard installation) in a few days. They cleaned up after themselves and were always on time and easy to get along witth. The roof looks immaculate a year on and there hasnt been a single problem to date. Weve received many compliments from friends, family and neighbours and the house looks great with the restoration. I couldn't recommend Jesse and his crew at Powerhouse highly enough. Great, honest company that delivered a fantastic service.

  Powerhouse Roof Restorations just completed a fantastic job on my roof at Castle Hill today. They were fabulous, meticulous with every stage of their process and has delivered a great job. The Director Jesse was really good to deal with, very accommodating, professional and most helpful, particularly when my husband drove his ute onto some spare roof tiles that Jesse bought and Jesse went to get more for us at no cost. Both Jesse and Nick have great personalities and I felt very comfortable having them restore my roof. I strongly recommend their services to any home owner who wants a great result at a competitive price. Well done Jesse and Nick and thank you once again.
