Yes, we are fully insured and back our work 100%. As the holder of a Certificate of Practice with Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, members are required to undertake, as a minimum, $A2M in professional indemnity insurance for any one claim.

A copy of the prior year tax return/financials, together with additional particulars requiring consideration (eg. sale of an investment property which was previously lived in as a main residence, interaction with tax residency).

How do you normally charge for your service?

We generally provide for our clients a fixed cost estimate, upon a review of their information/requirements.  Where the provision of a fixed cost estimate cannot be provided, professional fees for services will be rendered based on time (eg. submission of a tax objection on a reasonably robust tax matter; provision of advice/assistance on an ongoing ATO review/audit investigation; consulting involving international tax elements).
