My family are all Plumbers. It was a no brainer. I enjoy fixing all kinds of things and plumbing is a great way for me to fix things and get paid at the same time.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We see many funny things on a weekly basis, but the best was recovering a ladies artificial eye from a sink trap. The eye ball was worth $1250 so we had to be gentle not to break it whilst retrieving it.

Emergency plumbing is always the most rewarding. Seeing the grateful look in peoples faces after you have come to their house in the middle of the night and solved their problems. Its great

Where are you based. Yes we only work in and around the Hills district. This enables us to give our customer the best price and punctual service. Sydney traffic is a nightmare  so we avoid it by keeping it local.

I own and operate the business. Unlike larger companies, we only use licensed plumbers not apprentices. We are very popular in the area based on our history with our clients.

IF your renovating, it is a good idea to have a drawn plan with measurements to ensure we know exactly what you want. Also if you can have brochures of toilets, taps etc available to our plumber

Identify as many issues prior to our visit. take photos or videos to supply our plumbers with additional information. We like to give our customers options, as we believe not everyone has the same expectations and budget
