If there is any issues that arise from and lock/repair that we have carried out, please give us a call and we will reattend site. Most locks have a 12 month warranty.

Ask if they are a Security Installer. If not, do not use them.  For automotive, ask if they are an Approved Repairer, if not dont not use them.  Insurance will not cover you.

Can you 'rekey' the locks on our property. The answer is YES. No physical locks needs to be changed. We can just repin the barrels to suit a new key for you.

If you dont want us to provide a FREE onsite quote, if you could let us know the brand of lock we are repairing and what type of door ie. timber/glass/security, it does help the locksmith.

Take a picture - if you show us what we are dealling with before site, it can save you a lot of money. Do try to repair yourself - if you are quite unsure of what you are doing, please dont try to repair it yourself, you could cost yourself more money in the long run Know the brand

We always try and stay competitive with our pricing on all services that we provide. Sometimes we will be more expenisive, but most of the time we are cheaper then our competitors.

If you are a business customer, call our friendly reception and ask if you are able to open an account with us. Otherwise for all cash jobs take payment via Cash, Cheque or Credit Card
