  Have been very happy with Melissa's efforts to manage my property over the last few years. After experiencing rubbish support from another agency before, it was quite a relief to finally get someone who is invested in improving 'rental management' vs competing with a sales department (where all the effort goes). Having seen some unfair 'mob-mentality' posts from social media about Prime Residential, I thought I'd add from my point of view Melissa has been exceptionally professional the whole journey - she ensured that proper compliance checks were carried out and coordinated the necessary repairs. This ended up costing me more, but ensured the house was safe and up to standards. Melissa has always been quick to respond to any queries and is polite and friendly. I'm happy to recommend her business.
