- If cabling is required, investigate where cables can be run inside the building and where there is ceiling access etc.
- If an app is require make sure you know the passwords to the Router, Apple Store, Play Store etc.
- Provide as much details as possible before we attend. Photos are great!

- Size and type of building such as number of stories and contruction type e.g Brick, Concrete, Wood
- Access to cable pathways such as ceiling tiles, manholes, roof crawl space etc.
- Number of devices required such as detectors, keypads, cameras, reed switches etc.
