• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  Since decking is my specialty i will base it off this. I typically need to know the dimensions of the deck required. The cladding material of choice i.e Merbau, Composite etc.. and a photo or preferably a site visit to the existing area of where the deck is to be positioned.

• What makes your pricing competitive?

  I don't compete by m2 pricing as i feel every job is different. I price for what it costs for the actual materials required for the specific job and include the cost of my time needed to complete the project. This way the quote is accurate lean and competitive.
