Yes I am an insured business with full liability insurance. I also guarantee the work and I always ask the customer to check the work after completion and if they are not happy I will stay until the job is done to their satisfaction no matter how long it takes.

I decided to get into this line of work because I have a genuine interest in vehicles  and I like the transformations I can achieve that really impresses customers and myself.

A favourite customer story is when a person  was selling a car and got me to detail the vehicle and after it was completed they couldn’t believe how well it transformed their car and they decided to keep it instead  of buying another vehicle. Very happy.

What I like most about my job is when a customer sees the job after it is completed. I also the like the before and after photos of the vehicle and I keep a collection of all the vehicles I detail to show customers.

Customers quite often ask how certain tasks are done and I always tell them exactly what is performed and why. I always answer any queries the customer may have in an honest  and friendly way to keep them informed.
