We have professional indemnity insurance as well as public liability insurance. For professional indemnity we are covered for $10,000,000 and for public liability we are covered for $1,000,000

A client came to me saying he had had enough and wanted out of his business. I asked why and it turned out he just needed the right systems and processes which I helped him implement. Business has never been better and he is the happiest he's been in a long time.

1. The best tip we can give a client is to summarise their income and expenses. By summarising their receipts it saves us time which in turn saves the client money. 2. Another tip would be to use a cloud base accounting package like Xero. Xero has daily bank feeds which eliminates the need to key in information. 3. The last tip would be to engage a good bookkeeper to do the reconciliation process. We recommend someone who is either an accountant, such as ourselves or has extensive accounting experience.

We offer a free 30 minute initial consultation. We use this meeting to get to know the client, find out what issues they have and look at possible solutions. This is also an opportunity for the client to evaluate us to see if we would be a good fit for their business.

Unlike some accounting firms our upfront monthly plans include support, so you won't be charged for the odd ad hoc phone call or for us to reply to an email. We prefer that a client contacts us before they make a decision so as to avoid costly mistakes.
