1. Prepare the property for viewing to the best level you are able to.  2. Write down what's important to you and covey that to me. 3. Talk to a tax accountant and a Insurance broker. Take relevant insurances and manage tax deductions and plan for capital gains tax wisely, or talk to me so I can guide you.
