  booked for 7.30 am, had to ring office at 8.15, apologies could not contact plumber, yet was told he had car problems, another one coming from another suburb in an hour, 9.45 had to ring again, cant contact plumber , would you like to book again tomorrow.? was asked, No thanks need someone reliable. Not good.

  We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our allocated plumber was caught up in an unforeseen incident due to which we had to arrange for the closest plumber, who was in Collingwood at the time and tried to reach at the earliest. I hope you were able to fix the problem.
