My dad told me to get a trade and once I had that I could do whatever I wanted after that as he said was easier to get a better job once I had a trade behind me Well turns out I am so happy being a plumber and gas fitter I don't want another job

We went to a customers house fixed a leaking tap into he kitchen only part of the house we went to charged customer 75.00 customer happy and left  about an hour later customer rang to say we have blocked their toilet and we where the cause of this  we returned to the house explained we couldn't have caused it  the lady said no we just wanted more work and done something to cause her problem  We advised we will put the camera in the drain to see what it was and if it was us we will repair at no cost Camera went in the lady watched the screen as it approached the blockage  it looked like a furry animal in the pipe as we could also see an eye also we said don't know how that is possible  As we said that the lady started to say she was so sorry for all the things she said We asked why  She said that's mys sons teddy Turns out when we fixed the tap the son asked what we where doing and the plumber said we fixed taps and block drains  Guess he wanted to see a blocked drain fixed as well

We meet all different types of people mostly at their worst due to what has happened to their home and when we leave we have smiles hand shakes thanks and a wave goodbye and to know you have made a difference and gained a long term customer into the future and the fact of knowing someone knows when they call we will be there for them
