This might sound strange to some, but I like showing a customer how good we are at our job, I like meeting new people. The fitness the job provides , but mostly seeing our clients impressed and satisfied is what pleases me most

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Before choosing a removal company there are certain questions that really should be asked. How much experience do the removalists that are doing the job have?. Does your items get wrapped in removal felts and/or plastics. What size truck will be moving you?. Is it modern?. What sort of guarantee can you provide with damages?. Beware there are many backyard wannebies out there that can turn up and disappoint , and do on a regular basis.

Experience, reliability and our love of the job are just a few. How we can keep our prices down , and our ability to leave our clients satisfied . We are a family business that really do care.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Some furniture companies go way too hard on their pricing. At Queensland wide removals , although we offer a fantastic professional service we can cut costs because our modern trucks are maintained and serviced within the company, and owned outright. We also understand people can't afford ridiculous over pricing which many companies charge, we want customer satisfaction.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge either hourly rate or a fixed price on inspection of the goods that are required to be moved. This is entirely up to our clients and we only need to be asked , and will gladly offer a free fixed price quote , with a time that suits both parties.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

At queensland wide removals we specialise in all aspects of the removal industry. Pianos, pool tables , antiques, fine art and packing valuables (pre-packing) is also our specialty. With 26 yrs experience we are professionals.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

26 years experience , we have done toll(government ) work for the past 10 years. Last year we were rated in the top 2% in Queensland for damages received whilst doing toll work.
