We are a registered Australian company (registered for GST) and we have a $10M public indemnity insurance with AAMI as shown in our profile! We also only charge a 20% deposit and the remainder of the balance once the work is completed and our client/s are 100% satisfied all objectives are meet!

We usually charge per a project completed! We charge a 20% deposit and the remaining balance once the work is completed. We ask our clients to sign a letter of engagement that covers scope of works, confidentiality, expectations, costs, delivery time and ongoing management and support.
