Set-up/repair wireless networks and Printers, Computer/Laptop set ups, Backup data, Clean up Viruses upgrading to windows 7 and also to create basic company websites.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I find out what the issue is via email or over the phone. If I need to be on site I charge per issue, no call out fees
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I have been working in the IT industry for 10 years. I have experience with windows upgrade, creating websites, setting up wireless home networks, setting up wireless printers
What makes your pricing competitive?
I charge per job, plus $50 per call out fee. If I cant do the job no fee is charged. As per initial contact is on the phone and that will determine the fee.
