  Rob was prompt in responding to my job posting and did an initial drive-by followed by a site inspection to verify his quote and the scope of work. The lawns and garden were quite overgrown with tall grass and weeds and many lawn patches requiring repair plus a shrub and a small tree needed attention. I requested a full slashing of the tall grass and weeds, edges, and a top cut of the grass (high mower setting) plus removal of the shrub and trimming of the small tree. Also collection and disposal of all cuttings and lawn clippings. Rob completed the job in 3 visits over about a week and both of us were flexible working with each other's schedules. Very satisfied with the work done. Not quite as much detail on the edges in some areas out back but overall a great job. If you are super fussy then be clear about your expectations up front. Given the state of the lawns and garden before Rob had a go at it I'm happier and less stressed about keeping it under control now that he's been to help me. I've asked Rob to come back in 2-3 weeks to do another pass with more focus on edges and just another top cut of the lawns while I focus on reticulation repairs and lawn repair and thus I'm happy to do business with Rob again. This last point pretty much says what you need to know.
