Yes I have liability insurance.  My guarantee is that if the  customer is not satisfied with the quality of the work, I will return to the house and complete it at no extra cost.

Its flexible and provides plenty of good exercise. I also meet a lot of nice people.

I take pride in my work as do the people who work for me. I dont leave the house until the job has been completed to a high standard. I'm also reliable and will always let you know well in advance if for some reason I cant make it that day or arrange for my other cleaners to do the job that day.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I would not do a quote from information given to me on line. A description of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms does not tell me the size of the house, how cluttered it is, or how dirty it is. I will always organise a time to go and visit the client personally and give a quote while I am there. This way they get a realistic Quote and have also met me in person.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

my 3 tips would be. !.  Don't leave the bathroom floor wet.  Its much harder to get the loose hair and dust off. Its good to vacuum a bathroom first before cleaning it. 2. Clear the surfaces so that is possible to dust them without having to tidy up first. 3.Tidy the floor space so it can be vacuumed easily. All these things save the cleaner a lot of time.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by the hour. Paid by bank transfer. We send an invoice to the customer. We charge 35.00 an hour.

Recurrent general house cleaning. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly. Using natural products as often as possible. All equipment provided by Deylight Cleaning Services.

I have been cleaning for at least 10 years. First for other cleaning companies and then going into business for myself. I was trained by those companies but also learned a lot from experience.
