What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

I am triple vaccinated, clean equipment and do not conduct sessions face to face when sick, with sick clients, or when they have someone sick in their household. With my older clients we exercise outdoors (balcony etc) or I wear a mask.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I had a very sporty father and always tried lots of different forms of exercise during childhood. At 14 I went to the gym with my dad and loved it. Being a Gym Instructor and then a Personal Trainer was something I always did whilst going to University and trying other types of work. However, I soon decided the fitness industry was right for me.
