1. What you are currently being charged and what are you actually getting for your management fee.  2. Is your agent charging for services such as routine inspections, in-going and outgoing inspections reports etc?  3. If your property is individually metered, ensure the property is water compliant

I strongly believe in quality over quantity. We may not be the cheapest fee that you will find however I can guarantee personalised service that is second to none. I oversee the running of the entire rent roll which ensures that all of my clients are well looked after.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I complete Mid Month & End of Month disbursements to my clients and at the End of Month disbursement is when and management fees will be deducted and statements issued.
