Customers are often unsure of the items that I use during my details. As a detailer I aim to find the most efficient way to complete the job whilst providing the best results I can.   Often customers will be unsure of what some of the items used in the business. For example, I used extraction tools, steam tools and car specific cleaners that many people aren't able to access at home. These tools not only help to get the job done faster but will also enhance the end result

As any person could imagine, there is always going to be someone who can provide better services but these people tend to charge much higher rates. My goal is to provide budget friendly detailing whilst always ensuring that I have performed to the best of my ability

The way my business is structured allows you to not have to worry about driving to a shop and picking it up. On your days off, you don't have to worry about taking time out of your day as I will always show up on your doorstep on time, ready to produce great results.

To give a relevant quote, I don't require a lot of information. However before quoting i need to know: . What is the condition of the interior and exterior of the car? (photos are the easiest way to determine this) . What services you would like done on the car? (can provide a list of packages and customer specific details) . Where is the location of the vehicle? . Are there any particular details that you would like me to focus on? (stain removal, paint correction, glass cleaning)

I charge based off how long the job will take me to complete as well as the thoroughness of the job.  For example vacuuming the carpets would be more price friendly compared to something such as vacuuming, foaming, shampooing and extracting the carpets  If you are just looking for simple surface cleaning then great results are still possible, however taking the extra time to complete a thorough cleaning will provide even better, long lasting results

The way this promotion works is by you promoting my services to friends, family, co-workers etc. If 3 of your references decide to come to me I will offer you 40% off your next cleaning. All names, phone numbers and references are recorded to keep track of who has promoted the services.   I will always ask customers on the phone how they found out about me and if you have been referenced then that will earn a point on your behalf which you can use towards that discount

Car detailing is a very competitive market where many people over or undercharge. I only charge the amount that I think will be necessary depending on the types of services you want.

services can range anywhere between 80-450 dollars. I charge based off the effort it takes to complete as well as the time and products used. I also provide maintenance detailing for customers who want their car cleaned on the regular which turns into a cheaper recurring payment as the car will maintain better condition making it easier to clean when returning

My favourite part of detailing is the interior transformations. There is nothing worse than a interior that make you feel dirty and where dust is floating around everywhere. Maintaining a great interior will decrease the chances of scratching and peeling components as well as remove odours that may be lurking around especially if you have kids or work a job that has you feeling unclean at the end of the day.

During school I studied business from grade 8-10 in my main core classes. In grade 11 and 12 I completed a 2 year course to achieve my Certificate III in business studies. Through this I learnt the way that businesses operate as well as how to manage services and provide good customer connections
