  My Web Design Job was agreed on October 8th and paid for, but after some to-ing and fro-ing, the person who agreed to do the job finally informed me that he couldn't do it. I was offered a refund on October 21st which I accepted. When it didn't arrive I contacted the person again, a few times since then. On October 29th I had an email telling me that there had been a loss in the family and he would email in a few days. As it's now November 5th I think I've waited long enough. I'd just like to have my money back. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed as I believed I was dealing with an honest and trustworthy person, he certainly came over that way.

  Apologies for this Kay. I've only just come back in today. This unfortunately happened and I wasn't able to reply as I had to travel interstate for some time due to a death in the family. Back now, and processing a refund. Thanks for your understanding.
