Hi, my name is Sam Jenkins and I am a qualified personal trainer, nutrition and wellness coach. I started Raw Holistic Fitness to reach out to women suffering with low self-esteem and negative body-image that seek a holistic approach that focuses equally on their health, fitness and well-being. Raw Holistic Fitness is a place of encouragement and support that aims to inspire and educate as many women as possible on the power of eating healthy delicious food, building a fit and functional body, creating loving and healthy relationships, connecting to a deeper sense of self, building a strong and positive mindset and everything else that falls under the umbrella of fighting self-hate and finding self-love.
